Hey. I’m a 16 year old bodybuilder of 1 year. I don’t take steroids or creatine and so far I’ve just eaten regular food. Now I have a little money I’d like to start taking some supplements including whey protein. What I’d really like to know is whey protein dangerous to teenagers? I’ve heard it stunts growth!

Answer:

Stunts growth? Where did you hear that? The safest supplement of all time is whey protein. It’s not dangerous to teenagers at all. Continue with what you are doing – that is, taking in regular, wholesome meals, but don’t be afraid of using whey protein if you want to. It’s an excellent source of protein – the best, in my opinion.
