Hello. I’ve been taking whey protein for around 3 months and made gains. It’s just costing me a lot of money and I’d like to stop after this container. I’d like to know what will happen if I stop taking it? Will I lose my gains?

Convenience is also another major factor for taking whey protein, but no, don’t feel like you are obligated to take it forever just to keep your gains. That’s not true at all.
